Jennifer has worked with Dr. Kingsley for many years, and provides transcription services for the organization. She also coordinates many other aspects of the business to assure smooth running for the front office in particular. Jennifer shares with Dr. Kingsley a fondness for horses, as both his office and her office have the semblance of a barn. She is known for her pleasant personality and her talent to play tricks on the other staff.

Lisa is an experienced secretary whose specialty is to assure pre-determination insurance coverage for our patients, and to let our patients know the status of their insurance policies. She is persistent to handle difficult problems with insurance companies, and is a fighter to obtain coverage for our patients and their procedures.

Lynn is very experienced as our accounts receivables specialist, obtaining insurance and other payments for the hard work performed by our medical staff. She is diligent to keep up with all of the accounts, re-submit claims when needed to obtain coverage, and be certain that the insurance companies have completed their payment obligations for our patients. Lynn is known for her courteous manner in a position where being courteous is not always easy.
